β Do not touch them!
β Do not get them wet!
β No swimming
β No saunas or steam rooms
β No heavy exercise
β No tanning (including spray tans!) -
You may see some whiteness or blanching around the area, which is totally normal and usually fades within a few hours.
It's common to experience swelling, which typically subsides within 2 days.
In some cases, you might notice slight bruising, but don't worry as it usually goes away within a week.
Straight after the appointment, your brows will look slightly darker than your usual makeup. This is just because they're fresh and are more prominent for about 5 - 7 days on average. You might notice a thin crust forming to protect the area as it heals.

β Do not touch them!
β Do not get them wet!
β No swimming
β No saunas or steam rooms
β No heavy exercise (or sweating!)
β No tanning (including spray tans!)
β No brow make-up
β No waxing, threading or tinting -
Over the next 14 days, your brows will continue to get darker as the skin heals. It may even scab, but this shouldnβt last more than a week. Do not pick them!
If your skin feels dry or tight after 4 days, start applying the balm I will give you at your appointment. Use a rice-sized amount across the brow area and gently pat it in as often as required.
After the first week, you can tweeze them if you wish.
-
β You can now get them wet!
β You can now apply make-up!
β You can now wax, thread and tint! -
After 14 days, your brows may even look like they've disappeared! This is because your new, pinkish skin cells are regenerating, it's nothing to worry about.
-
The colour will continue to evolve over the next 4 - 6 weeks.
During the healing phase, it's normal to see areas of lighter colour or no colour at all, which is why we include a top-up session as part of your treatment.
During these sessions, we will discuss how they've healed and add extra volume or colour boost if needed.
